Since purchasing my first digital camera in 2001, I'm often found behind the lens. Finding the perfect way to capture a moment is a welcome challenge - and sharing it with others brings me great joy.

Outside of the occasional red-eye reduction or adding a little light to a dark capture, I do as little post-processing as possible.

Kodak DX3900 - retired in fall 2004
Kodak DX7590 - purchased in March 2005; a wonderful full-featured point and shoot that introduced me to the world of depth of field
Canon Digital Rebel XTi - our first DSLR, purchased in January 2007; what a difference manual controls make!
Canon PowerShot G9 - a Christmas present for my husband; except that I take it with me everywhere I go, leaving him little time to use it at all :)
